Accomplishments are best sent as press releases (e.g., company news, scholarly achievements, athletic achievements, professional accomplishments, scholarships).

News stories are best submitted like a news report (e.g., crime, suspicious activity, crash, fire, etc.).

If you're sending a press release, your submission should include your full name, job title, organization name, e-mail address and a valid phone number where you can be reached at the beginning or the end of the article. All submissions are reviewed for publication online on a variety of websites. The submissions are moderated may be edited.

News stories can be anonymous or can include your personal name, or a business, or a neighborhood or condo association. Names of writers or associations submitting articles will not be included in a byline unless the submitter requests that the name be included in the byline.

CARDINAL NEWS does not guarantee that every submission will be published.
